The SOLARDOME Skylights are designed to be beautiful roof structures for commercial buildings. These low profile domes makes a unique, light and elegant addition to any roof or atrium.  They can also be used as a skylight over a free standing building ie brick orangerie with skylight roof.

Safety in strength
The aluminium geodesic dome frame provides an extremely strong and virtually maintenance free structure. It has been shown to withstand winds in excess of 120mph — making it the perfect safe structure for a skylight. Nothing can compare to the Solardome for providing a structure light enough and strong enough to be simply and safely erected on an existing flat roof.

Please note: All of our standard skylight domes are 4mm single glazed with toughened glass. We can provide other cladding options but only with 4mm thick cladding.  Our skylights are not designed to comply with habitable standards and therefore are not suitable for covering an interior heated area below.

If you require a large skylight over 8m to comply with Building standards or require double glazing please contact us 0845 4502155 to talk about a bespoke option. For bespoke projects we can design and manufacture skylights upto 15m in diameter. Height as required.
