We provide full project management, customer service with one main point of contact, technical advice, a design service for bespoke work, help with planning and building controls if required, production and installation service with a 1 year installation guarantee, and a full repair and spares service. What are your payment terms ? We request 50% payment upfront at the time the order is placed. We build all domes to order so do not keep products in stock. The final 50% is due when production is complete and we are ready to ship out your geodesic dome.
