Inspirational Outdoor Classrooms - Eco-friendly, Durable, and UniqueSolardome's growing schools range provides a unique outdoor learning environment, ideal for hands-on teaching and growing schools initiatives. In this age of unpredictable weather and climate change, SOLARDOME® glasshouses enable schools to teach outside yet remain in a warm, dry and comfortable environment which still feels at one with nature and is full of natural daylight. We provide a range of five glass and aluminium geodesic domes which range from 3.5m to 10m diameter as standard. These domes are designed to host roughly 10 - 60 pupils depending on the model chosen and your required applications. Prices start at £6,400 ex VAT delivered to UK mainland for a POD (3.5m) and range up to £39,500 ex VAT for a Sirius (10m diameter)· Accessories, base construction and installation are optional extras.
SOLARDOME® glasshouses can be used at any stage in education; from early years, primary and secondary schools to colleges and universities. They are used by schools for growing initiatives, STEM projects, Eco and Horticultural Clubs and as unique outdoor classrooms.
