Introducing the new SOLARDOME® POD, to enable your school to have the opportunity of owning the best possible under glass environment for nurturing and raising your plants.  It also dramatically increases the growing season enabling pupils to grow their own for the majority of the year without additional heating required. 

The SOLARDOME® POD is a compact dome at 3.5m diameter and will fit in most school grounds. Ideal as a quality school greenhouse its round shape makes it the best for growing and also enables more pupils to work in it than a traditional shaped greenhosue. With a base area of just over 10m2 you can generate a lot of produce from this unqiue dome greenhouse.  To further maximise the growing potential in the POD we offer bespoke 1 & 2 tier staging units - you can fit up to 7 around a POD!  See our accessories page for more information.

The POD has also been designed for simple self-assembly with only two different glass patterns and two different struts lengths. It is ideal for sitting on decking or a simple patio and doesn’t need foundations and very rarely requires planning permission.
